Join us for the launch of our first-ever signature monthly series, Lotus Lens Screening, hosted at Blooms Emporium Chinatown on Thursday, February 26, 7-10 pm. This ongoing gathering (on the last Thursday of every month) is an invitation to slow down, watch films from Asia and the diaspora, and come together in community through shared reflection. Each evening will begin with a film screening followed by an optional discussion for those who’d like to stay and reflect together. Our inaugural screening features In the Mood for Love, offering an introspective dive into the world of unfulfilled longing and subtle expressions of desire. Blooms Emporium is a small, art-filled space - seating is limited, and guests are encouraged to bring cushions, blankets, or anything else that helps you get comfortable. You’re welcome to bring your own snacks and drinks; options are also available for purchase at the event.
