Not that vendors that create original work and are original brands will be prioritized over re-sellers.

The vendor fee for 2026 is a flat $150. This fee includes a 6ft. plastic folding table, 2 chairs, and your inclusion as a vendor at the Market.

The vendor fees for each market are collected and are used to pay for the event itself including: table and chair rentals, paying performers, marketing costs, sound equipment rental and setup and the administrative and creative work that is required to continue executing and promoting each market.

Yes, we encourage all vendors to be a part of both days for Chinese New Years (Feb 21 and Feb 22 from 11am-4pm).

There are two separate applications for Feb 21 and 22, this was the simplest way to manage the vendors.

due to limited space at the market, we do not offer refunds or transfers for vendor fees.

We are publishing the entire schedule for the markets for 2026, so everyone can plan accordingly and plan for the dates of the market.

vendor fees cannot be transferred between dates.

The venue is covered and protected from rain, so in the event of rain we do not plan to cancel any markets.

However, in the event of inclement weather, every market will have a make-up date listed.

To ensure fairness, and to avoid any future feelings of entitlements, we have decided to continue assigning vendor spots using a random generator. We believe this is the best and simplest way to ensure all vendors have a fair opportunity at the market.
