VENDOR UPDATES 2026

Dear Chinatown Market vendors, thank you for your continued participation in the Chinatown Market. You guys are the backbone of this event, and I surely appreciate you guys continuing to build this event with me at Atlanta Chinatown. We had a great 2025 and I learned a lot about how I could improve the market going forward in 2026 to ensure everyone has a worthwhile time at this event. Please find some updates regarding the market below:

1. Vendor Signups - We are now using an all-in-one app called Eventeny to intake all vnedor information, payment and assets. This will ensure that everything is organized in one place and will be a significant improvement in workflow and communication

2. Vendor Fee - The vendor fee will remain at $150 for the rest of the year. We found that this is the number that will ensure the market can be sustained. We will be offering early-bird discount codes for each market, so stay tuned.

3. Market Schedule - We have scheduled every market for the rest of 2026 already, so you can sign up for any market far in advance.

4. Weather backup dates - Each market will have a built in make-up date that will take place 1 week after a cancelled market in case of very inclement weather. Chinatown is covered so we only plan to cancel markets in the case of very severe weather.

5. Outstanding Balances - if you have an outstanding balance from anything in 2025, please contact Andrew directly at andrewbloomsart@gmail.com and we will square everything away as soon as possible.
